How we use AI without outsourcing judgment.
Accuracy, attribution, and clear uncertainty matter more than speed. Our purpose is to explain what happened, what changed, why it matters, who should care, and what to watch next.
Source quality and factual accuracy
We prioritize primary evidence, technical documentation, regulatory filings, and reputable independent reporting. A company announcement establishes what that company says; it does not independently establish performance, customer outcomes, or financial returns.
Dates, terminology, availability, numbers, and quotations should be checked against the cited evidence. Source links should support the associated claim, and useful source lists belong with each story. When a fact cannot be established, we should label the uncertainty or leave the claim out. An inaccessible source is not a reason to invent its contents.
Reporting and analysis
We distinguish reported facts from interpretation, inference, and opinion. Hypothetical examples should be identified as such. We separate announcements from availability, estimated results from observed outcomes, and vendor claims from independent findings.
AI-assisted production
AI tools may assist with source discovery, research, summarization, organization, drafting, formatting, and production. AI output is not independent verification and should not serve as the evidence for a factual claim. AI-generated diagrams or illustrations should be distinguished from documentary images and measured results.
We do not guarantee that every story receives human review. Article disclosures should describe the assistance used without implying a review process that did not occur. Our editorial processes may evolve as the publication develops.
Corrections
We aim to correct material factual errors promptly and identify substantive corrections with a dated note explaining what changed. Routine formatting edits do not need to be presented as new reporting. A developing story should distinguish new evidence from a correction to an earlier error.
Our Contact page explains the information a correction request should include. A monitored corrections channel is not yet available; we will publish verified details when it is operational.
Conflicts of interest
Material financial or personal relationships relevant to coverage should be disclosed. Access, gifts, or commercial relationships do not establish factual accuracy or constitute endorsement.
Future sponsored content
If sponsored content is introduced, it should be clearly labeled and distinguishable from independent editorial coverage. Payment must not be presented as independent evidence of a product’s performance. Sponsorship inquiries belong through the verified channels described on our Contact page, when available.
Future affiliate relationships
If affiliate links are introduced, we should explain near the relevant links that the publication may receive compensation. An affiliate relationship should not be concealed or treated as proof that a product is suitable for every reader.
